What happens on the first call?
It’s a free, easy conversation. We ask the questions, listen, and learn about your organization and who you want to reach. If we’re a fit, we follow up with a short second call or an email that confirms we’re on the same page. Then we get to work.
Do you work outside California?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside California, and we work with organizations nationwide. Everything runs online, so we work the same way wherever you are.
Will we show up in AI answers?
That’s part of every plan. We track how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews answer the questions your clients ask, then build the content and signals those tools draw on, so your organization is ready to be named. We share each new mention as it shows up.
Who will we work with?
As a boutique agency, most clients start with Ann, our founder and CEO, who brings the deepest experience to your first conversations. Once we get started, you get a direct line to our team, and that’s where you’ll meet Ryan. Most day-to-day updates come by email, and we set up online meetings whenever your schedule and needs call for them.
